With comprehensive facilities in both Swindon, Newcastle and Burnley, our purpose-built production suites are all fully GMP certified. Production takes place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, employing a workforce of over 500 staff.
We moved to our 100,000 sq ft purpose-designed headquarters in 2010. Located in Swindon and with easy access to Junction 16 of the M4, we have 16 production suites as well as 130,000 sq ft of storage and distribution facilities, providing space for over 20,000 pallets.
Our headquarters are on the same site as Wasdell Technical Division allowing us to draw on their skills and experience to offer our customers fast and cost-effective turnaround of bespoke tooling with unrivalled lead times.
As well as the packaging site in Swindon we also have established Wasdell North, this site provides the Wasdell Group with a prime location in the north of England, close to Manchester and Leeds Bradford International Airports. And in 2016 we added Wasdell Manufacturing to our portfolio; located in Newcastle upon Tyne this site further extends our offering with the addition of pharmaceutical manufacturing to our capabilities.

This enables us to interpret your requirements and deliver striking yet practical designs that will stand out on the shelf. We are able to provide visual proofs and 3D profiles of everything from blister formats to sachets and containers.
